Our signature barre class, developed from ballet and pilates moves, with some gym, H.I.I.T and cardio moves to give you the best work-out yet! Build strength, flexibility, coordination and balance in a fun and supportive environment.

Beginners and Over 50’s Barre

Not tried Barre before or just getting back into exercise?

This is the class to start with.

Our Beginners and Over 50's is a slower paced class for our clients who are aged 50+ and those wanting to get started. This is the ideal class if you’re wanting to return back into exercise or recovering after an injury. We take the time to modify exercises so you feel supported but still challenged.

Mat Pilates

A great way to improve your form and prevent injury.

Our Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, flexibility and body awareness to improve posture, balance and overall muscle tone.

Our skilled instructors can modify the program to meet you no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
